Is a European Union agency based in Vilnius, Lithuania. It was established in 2006. Its primary objective is to support European institutions and Member States in promoting gender equality. The EIGE provides data, analysis and tools to help integrate the gender dimension into all policies. EIGE is a key organisation for monitoring progress towards gender equality in the EU.
